Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. has won a tender for the supply of 300 intercity buses InterUrbino to Cotral, a public transport company based in Rome. The framework agreement with a value of nearly €110 million stipulates that within the next four years Polish manufacturer will hand over 300 vehicles to the customer. This year Solaris is to complete the first part of the order which most probably will cover 122 buses. Apart from the sale, the transaction includes also maintenance of the vehicles for ten years. » więcej

  Consortium of Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. and Millenium Leasing won the tender to deliver four buses to municipal company TESKO from Zakopane. Solaris Urbino 8,9 LE will operate on two lines which will be launched in the Polish mountain resort in April this year. » więcej

  Solaris has been present on the Israeli market since 2012. So far, the bus manufacturer has delivered there nearly 200 city and intercity buses. All the contracts Solaris has concluded in cooperation with the local bus operator United Bus Services Nazareth.   Today, Paris City Transport (Régie autonome des transports Parisiens, RATP) presented new Solaris Urbino 12 electric. Right after the official event, the quiet and clean Solaris battery bus left on Parisian streets to start its tests drives in regular passenger service. The vehicle will be used by RATP for the next two months. The project is closely linked to RATP’s project to make its whole fleet emission-free by 2025. » więcej
