Office stationery supplier MEGIMA Adrian Męczyński has leased 1,500 sqm of warehouse space and around 150 sqm of social and office space in Fortress Logistic Park Bydgoszcz. The tenant was represented during the transaction process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Founded 20 years ago, MEGIMA Adrian Męczyński is a specialist supplier of office and school stationery items, focusing on corporate clients. It cooperates with many market-leading brands such as Donau, Leitz, Fellows, BIC, Stabilo, Esselte, Kobra, Maped, Rexel, and many more. In addition to stationery items for offices and schools, the portfolio of MEGIMA Adrian Męczyński also includes packing and shipping products, OHS and workplace ergonomics, foods, office equipment, toner cartridges and inks. MEGIMA Adrian Męczyński also operates a dedicated online shopping platform that can be accessed by both corporate and retail clients.
“Adding new products to a portfolio requires warehouse space. To accommodate its continued growth, MEGIMA Adrian Męczyński needed an additional warehouse. Our role was to present available options, to conduct commercial negotiations and to provide technical and legal support.
