We are pleased to invite you to workshops on issues related to the Polish e-Invoice System, which will be held on November 9, 2023, from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in Warsaw Spire, plac Europejski 1, Warsaw.

The meeting will be hosted by our member company Andersen Tax & Legal Matyka i Wspólnicy sp.k.

Agenda

• Introduction to KSeF - Legal framework, subjective and objective scope and principles of operation
• Verification of contractors in the context of KSeF – what and how to check to issue invoices in accordance with the new regulations?
• Access to KSeF – access, roles, so-called secret document circulation – how to plan it
• Sending and receiving structured invoices - sending and delivering invoices, attachments and transaction specifications and documents issued "at the cash register" in KSeF,
• Correction invoices, collective corrections, correction notes
• Purchase invoices and cost allocation – how to manage a large number of unassigned invoices in KSeF?
• What will the software supplier ask when implementing KSeF?
• Details of the (r)evolution in the invoicing process,
• Practical problems of KSeF implementation - what to pay attention to and how to prepare the implementation?
• KSeF implementation – discussion of individual steps of the launch process,
• How to adapt the organization to KSeF - practical changes and impact on processes and procedures.

Participation in the workshops is free for our member companies. The number of places is limited.
