Foreign nationals want to work in warehouses in Poland
More and more foreigners are moving to Poland to work in the logistics sector, which already accounts approximately 20 per cent of all foreign nationals working in Poland. The largest groups by nationality are Ukrainians, Belarussians and Georgians. Other rapidly growing cohorts of migrant workers come from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Availability of prime offices in central Warsaw is shrinking
– According to “Office Occupier – Warsaw Office Market, Q1 2024”, a report published by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, the Warsaw office market is entering a period of an increased focus on the repurposing and refurbishment of office buildings. As office availability in central Warsaw declined in the first quarter of 2024, occupiers’ interest shifted towards non-central locations. Development activity remained stable but relatively weak, with a significant concentration of new office projects in central zones, which accounted for nearly 90% of the total office stock under construction.
