Madrid is the Spanish region which attracts most British investment

The Madrid Community obtained 76% of the total British investment between 1993 and 2015.

According to the Madrid councillor for the Economy Employment and the Treasury, Engracia Hidalgo; during the closure of the 2016 Annual Assembly of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, who named the total amount of 48.83 billion € since 1993, double the next foreign investor, Italy.
