The new investment in Gliwice is precisely such a venture: a pioneering blend of commerce, entertainment and recreation. Momentum Leisure, having Momentum Global Ventures as a main shareholder, has purchased land in Gliwice to build a fourth theme park in Poland. Momentum Leisure will position this attraction park, which will offer state-of-the art family attractions with a strong focus on family entertainment for 3 to 12 years old and planning to open the park in Q2 2027. Kochański & Partners acted as advisors and partners throughout the execution of this complex transaction.
