Kochański & Partners are already working on specific solutions. That is why they have joined the United Legals for Good initiative, created by the United Nations Global Compact Network Poland. This is a unique coalition of law firms and consulting companies committed to the UN’s 2030 Agenda. 

Its mission is simple yet significant: to use the knowledge, authority and experience of the participating lawyers to develop proposals for sound legislation that will help Poland achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and implement key United Nations conventions and standards.

Kochański & Partners are taking on the role of national leader in the areas of the circular economy and extended producer responsibility (EPR), and will support the development of both good practices and the most transparent processes possible.
