We are therefore delighted to have been shortlisted for this unique award in two categories: ‘Professional Development Firm of the Year’ for our employee professional development programme, and ‘Mentorship Programme of the Year’ for our proprietary mentoring programme,” say the representatives of Kochański & Partners.

People at the heart of change

Forty internal ESG projects last year alone is no coincidence, but the result of a carefully thought-out and consistently implemented strategy. In fact, we have already significantly exceeded that number by now. This perfectly illustrates where we are heading, emphasises Diana Tavera, Partner and Chair of the ESG Committee at Kochański & Partners.

Kochański & Partners are members of the UN Global Compact and the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and have signed the Diversity Charter. They have earned another EcoVadis silver medal and are actively supporting Ukrainian students.

The Firm emphasises that each of its initiatives, from waste sorting in the office to defending freedom of speech in Europe, stems from the same source: a sense of responsibility.
