REGESTA S.A. has signed a lease for 7,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II for its first warehouse in northern Poland. The tenant was advised in the transaction by Newmark Polska.
REGESTA S.A. provides professional road haulage and domestic and international forwarding services. It has a fleet of 330 tractor units and 380 semi-trailers, specializing in transportation using coil-mulde semi-trailers. REGESTA also offers comprehensive logistics and warehousing services. The high quality of its services is valued especially by companies from the steel and automotive sectors, for which REGESTA provides regular transportation of materials and semi-finished products. Over the past 28 years it has built a 700 strong team executing over 80,000 transportation orders annually.

Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II enjoys easy access to transport infrastructure with the Gdansk South interchange nearby. The complex is located 10 km from the centre of Gdansk, 17 km from Lech Wałęsa Airport, 16 km from the Baltic Hub (Gdansk Deepwater Container Terminal) and 30 km from the Baltic Container Terminal in the Port of Gdynia.
