The Warsaw Stock Exchange attracts ever more foreign investors, with their share in WSE turnover reaching 58% in H1 2020. 

In response to these accelerating business trends, Kochański & Partners is reinforcing its Capital Markets Practice, with the appointment from October of Jarosław Grzywiński, Partner, as its new leader.

Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Jarosław served as President of the WSE Management Board and Member of the Board of Directors of AQUIS Exchange, London – one of the largest equity trading platforms in the world, President of the Supervisory Boards of Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. and Bondspot S.A., Vice-President of the WSE Supervisory Board, and Chairman of the WSE Regulation & Corporate Governance Committee. As a notable expert, he is involved in the work of the Corporate Governance Reform Committee at the Ministry of State Assets.
