“Anti-corruption. Upcoming legal amendments and good market practices”
on 11 September 2025
at 10:00-14:00
in DZP’s Warsaw office (Rondo ONZ 1, 22nd floor).
The conference is a response to our clients' growing interest in upcoming regulatory changes in the area of anti-corruption:
- We will talk about how the legal environment for business could be impacted by the proposed Anti-Corruption Directive, the announced reform of Polish criminal law and the abolition of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau.
- We will discuss management responsibility, the role of whistleblowers in the fight against corruption, the ESG context and the practical functioning of anti-corruption systems.
- The invited experts, practitioners and researchers will talk about regulatory trends, foreign models, European Union plans and good market practices in the area of compliance and anti-corruption.
The event is to feature Michel Sapin, former French minister and author of the French anti-corruption law “SAPIN II”, regarded as a global benchmark.
The French Ambassador will also be a guest at the conference.
The event will be held in Polish. We will provide simultaneous interpretation from French.
The conference will include Q&A sessions and networking opportunities during coffee and lunch breaks.
