New Public Procurement Law – what does it mean for entrepreneurs?

Date: 8 October 2019, 10.00 – 12:30

Venue: Kochański & Partners, Plac Piłsudskiego 1, Warsaw

Speakers: legal advisor Katarzyna Cybulska; advocate Marek Jeżewski, PhD.

On 12 July 2019, the Council of Ministers adopted a long-awaited draft of the new Act – Public Procurement Law. It enters into force on 1 January 2021.

The new law introduces a number of key changes in relation to the current regulations, including new awarding procedures, changes in appeal proceedings, new conciliation proceedings regarding disputes arising from the performance of a contract, and a list of prohibited clauses.

Given the key importance of the new law for entrepreneurs participating in public tenders – as regards both construction and service or supply contracts – Kochański & Partners invites you to attend a business breakfast devoted to the most important changes and their consequences, in order to prepare yourself for what is about to come.

Participation is free for the member companies of the chambers that organize the event.
