  • NIS2: Cybersecurity and management board responsibility. Key managerial requirements, ICT outsourcing, incident reporting, in particular governance and sanctions
  • AI Act: Responsibilities and risks of AI systems. High-risk systems, compliance by design, the impact on GDPR, in particular classification, prohibitions, PII
  • Data Act: The new right to data and cloud services. Data sharing, the IoT, changes in cloud contracts and interoperability, particularly with regard to data management and contracts
  • GDPR 2.0: The intersection of the GDPR with the AI Act and the Data Act. The exercise of rights, automated decisions and data minimisation, with a focus on continuity, compliance and consistency
