FUNKCIONA is Polish-Spanish architectural and consulting company based in Warsaw, delivering services in Poland and outside – in several European countries.

Currently we are searching for

ADMINISTRATION STAFF / OFFICE MANAGER

who will be responsible for the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.

 

The position will combine several duties typical for:

-       Secretary

-       Receptionist

-       Office manager

-       Translator

-       Archivist

-       Basic accountant

 

We require:

  • Fluent Polish and English is a must, Spanish highly recommended
  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
